Customer guide

All wholesale and retail customers of “Magic of Candles” internet shop must first perform registration process and create an account in ecommerce system.

In order to register in „Magic of Candles” shop please click on „Register” link which is located in left menu on the bottom of the page below login form.

After clicking a form will appear. Please fill out all required fields. Data are used for writing out an invoice and/or for delivery. In situation when delivery data differ from invoice data it is possible to provide it just after account is created. Wholesale customers (companies) are obligated to provide their tax number.

Information like: phone, cell or fax number are used only in emergency situations e.g. to clarify issues related to submitted order when e-mail contact is not possible.  

All required fields are marked by star (*). All these fields must be correctly filled otherwise system will ask about improvement. Wrong or incomplete fields are marked in red.  

When form is completed please click “Send” button. After that message with information about data sending will appear.

In a few minutes an email with information about account creation in “Magic of Candles” internet shop should appear in mailbox. .  

CAUTION!!!

In order to activate an „Magic of Candles” account please click on link provided in mail or copy/paste it to address field in Internet browser. Unless this operation is performed account is inactive and logging is not possible.

When the account is activated please login to shop using username and password provided during registration. Login fields are located in the left menu at the bottom. Both parameters (login and password) can be changed after login and clicking “Account Maintenance” link.
